Rule 17B
Approval To Be Taken For Dubbing
(1) If a producer desires to dub a motion picture produced in other language shall submit an application to the Ministry.
(2) If it is found appropriate to dub the motion picture in other language while making an inquiry on an application so received pursuant to Sub-rule (1), the Ministry shall provide an approval for dubbing upon payment of Three Thousand Rupees as fees.
(3) The motion picture dubbed pursuant to this Rule shall be censored from Motion Picture Censor Committee before public exhibition
